Established on 3 October 2021, the Rebel Hounds Motorcycle Club is a 1%er Motorcycle Club as well as a gaming community built primarily around the FiveM platform.
While members play various games together, the club only asserts authority within FiveM to maintain cohesion, discipline, and a unified culture.
The club began as a splinter faction from the Perished Ones Motorcycle Club. After numerous trials and achievements during our time in GTA Online, we transitioned into FiveM. Whilst we have adapted to the FiveM/Roleplay environment, Online traditions persist as the club maintains a highly militant personality with the shades of a modern day motorcycle club.
Through this history, the Rebel Hounds have built a culture grounded in resilience, shared glory, and earned brotherhood.
We claim and defend the right to bear the 1%er Diamond. To bear the diamond is to proclaim yourself an outlaw outside the standards of regular society. To be a part of something greater than oneself, answering to no authority but the club you ride with. To wear this patch is to bleed for the club, to silence the noise of anyone and everyone outside our world and to stand as an uncompromising force against anyone who disrespects our name or membership.
The club comes first. Loyalty to your brothers is non-negotiable and defines who we are.
We conduct ourselves with discipline at every level, in the city and among one another.
Brotherhood and earned respect hold the club together, stronger than anything outside.
The purpose of the Rebel Hounds bylaws is to establish a clear and consistent code of conduct for all members. These bylaws outline expectations, responsibilities, and standards of behaviour that preserve the integrity of the club. They exist to support fairness, discipline, and respect at every level, ensuring that all members understand the values we stand for and that the club remains strong, unified, and true to its foundation.
Core and immutable laws of the club. Non-negotiable, observed by all members without exception.
No member shall strike or defame a fellow member. Disputes are resolved through the chain of command — brotherhood is sacred.
Club matters remain confidential among patched members. Nothing is disclosed to outsiders, civilians, or rivals.
Operational plans, intelligence, and internal information are shared only on a need-to-know basis with patched members.
Orders are obeyed promptly and without question. Insubordination carries fines, strikes, or removal.
Each member's actions reflect the club's reputation. Conduct yourself with honor and discipline at all times.
Violation of any Directive results in immediate disciplinary action, up to and including permanent removal from the Club.
